• Hourly financial advisory sessions ranging from R750 to R3,750 per consultation

• Market research, asset allocation recommendations, and ongoing consultation support

Client Responsibilities and Obligations

As an investment consultation client, you agree to:

Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

Clients are prohibited from:

• Sharing, redistributing, or commercializing consultation materials without written permission
• Using consultation services for illegal activities or fraudulent investment schemes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer proprietary analysis methods or financial modeling techniques
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward consultation staff

Payment Terms and Consultation Fees

Investment consultation fees are due upon completion of each session. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and certified checks. Consultation rates are determined by complexity, duration, and advisor expertise level. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments may incur charges.

Intellectual Property Rights

All consultation materials, research reports, analysis frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of nethquovithlabs.com. Clients receive limited, non-transferable rights to use consultation materials for personal investment decision-making only.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the consultation relationship with written notice. nethquovithlabs.com reserves the right to discontinue services for non-payment, violation of terms, or inappropriate client behavior. Termination does not affect payment obligations for completed consultation sessions.

Upon termination, confidentiality obligations remain in effect for both parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes arising from investment consultation services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.

Modifications to Terms

nethquovithlabs.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active consultation clients via email.

Continued use of consultation services after modification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Severability
